No. 3 Calumet (7-11-2) took No. 6 Warren DeLaSalle (8-8-2) to a shootout Saturday in Trenton before falling 4-3. Jordan Kovacs and Josh Glinski scored for DeLaSalle in the shootout, while Brent Loukus was the lone Copper King to net a goal.

Kovacs and Cameron Chrisman scored for DeLaSalle in regulation, and Sam Erkkila and Dean Loukus were the scorers for Calumet.

Both of Calumet’s goals came on the power play, as DeLaSalle was called for six penalties.

Next up Calumet hosts Negaunee Thursday at 7 p.m.
